Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from Carriacou, Grenada. We are a small boutique and every order is packed and sent by us personally — so you can expect care and attention with every parcel.
Shipping to Grenada Mainland
Delivery to the Grenada mainland is made via the Osprey, which sails from Carriacou to Grenada every day except Sundays. A shipping surcharge applies from $10.00 (XCD), depending on the size and weight of your parcel. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed with you before your order is finalised — you will never be surprised by an unexpected charge. Delivery times depend on the Osprey's sailing schedule and are typically within a few days of dispatch, weather and circumstances permitting.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Grenada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have a specific enquiry, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Your order will not be dispatched until: • We have confirmed availability of the item with you • The final price including shipping has been agreed • Payment has been received in full Once your order is on its way, we will let you know.
Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Whilst we do our best to dispatch promptly, delivery times may be affected by boat schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always keep you informed of any delays we are aware of. We are not responsible for delays once an item has been handed to the carrier.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or condition details — just ask. Pre-loved items are sold as described. Honest condition notes are included for every piece.
