Darkest Secret On-Line Boutique is an online fashion and accessories boutique based in Carriacou, Grenada. We sell new and pre-loved clothing, jewellery, and accessories. 2. Our Products
We sell a curated selection of new and pre-loved clothing, costume jewellery, high-end jewellery, and accessories. Pre-loved items are sold as described. We make every effort to provide accurate condition notes and photographs for each item. If you have any questions about a product's condition, size, or appearance, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to provide additional photos or measurements. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are placed by contacting us directly through the website contact form or by email. We will confirm availability and agree the final price — including any applicable shipping charges — before your order is finalised. No order is confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us and payment has been arranged. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price agreed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will pay. Prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping costs will be confirmed separately before your order is finalised (see Section 6).
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched. We will confirm accepted payment methods with you at the time of your order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within a reasonable time.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch all orders from Carriacou, Grenada. Delivery to the Grenada mainland is available by boat. A shipping surcharge of from $10.00 (XCD) applies, depending on parcel size and weight. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed with you before your order is finalised. Delivery times may vary depending on boat schedules and circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control once an item has been dispatched.
7. No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and to contact us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or condition details to help you make an informed decision. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Grenada.
8. Pre-Loved Items
Pre-loved items are second-hand and sold in the condition described in their listing. Signs of previous wear may be present and will be noted where applicable. By purchasing a pre-loved item, you acknowledge that you have read the condition description and are satisfied with it. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from the pre-loved nature of an item that was accurately described.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and the Darkest Secret On-Line Boutique name and logo — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.
